The proposed Local Centre off Penrhyn Way next to the primary school will be a focal hub, to include a convenience store, medical centre, children’s nursery and community hall. Framework Architects have been appointed to work up a master plan, and we will be working closely with South Kesteven’s design team during 2022 to agree a practical layout for this special spot with its commanding views over to Grantham
